  1. PRIMERO. RECHAZAR el recurso de reposici�n formulado contra el Auto 2059 de 2025 y la solicitud de adici�n presentada respecto de dicha providencia, por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta decisi�n.
  2. SEGUNDO. ADVERTIR que contra la presente providencia no procede recurso alguno.

[2] La Sala Quinta de Revisi�n estaba integrada por la magistrada Paola Andrea Meneses Mosquera y por los magistrados Miguel Polo Rosero y Jorge Enrique Ib��ez Najar, quien la presid�a. No obstante, mediante el Acuerdo No. 5 del 10 de diciembre de 2025, la Sala Plena de la Corte Constitucional redefini� la conformaci�n de las Salas de Revisi�n de Tutela. En virtud de dicha decisi�n, a partir del 11 de enero de 2026 el Magistrado Jorge Enrique Ib��ez Najar pas� a presidir la Sala S�ptima de Revisi�n. [3] De acuerdo con los anexos aportados por el solicitante, la veedur�a se constituy� el 14 de enero de 2026 y fue inscrita en el Registro P�blico de Veedur�as Ciudadanas por la Personer�a de Bogot� D.C. el mismo d�a, mediante la Resoluci�n 21-720.
